Products

Glvac sells hair colour shampoo products for personal use. We aim to display product information, shades, prices and availability clearly. Product colour, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from photos shown on screen.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected product. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where necessary, including if product information, pricing, payment or availability is incorrect. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Shipping

Estimated UK delivery: 10-15 business days. Orders are shipped from China to the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, courier delays, holidays or incorrect shipping information.

Returns

Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, according to our Returns Policy. Opened or used hair colour products are generally not accepted for return unless the item is damaged, incorrect or affected by a quality issue.

Product use and safety

Please read and follow the product label before use. Always perform a patch test 48 hours before use. Final instructions should follow the product label. Do not use the product on broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes, eyebrows and eyelashes. Stop using immediately if discomfort, redness or an unusual reaction occurs.
