Eligible Returns

Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, according to our Returns Policy.

Items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

We support a UK return address for eligible returns.

Opened Products

Opened products are generally not accepted for return unless the item is damaged, incorrect or has a quality issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot usually accept returns of opened personal care products.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged, incorrect or has a quality issue, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and provide the next steps.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos to help verify the issue.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
